How To Drink Eggs

So you want to get more protein but can't stomach eating a dozen eggs? I've always read great fitness articles on 6 meals a day, but for mass gaining, a lot of these articles suggest a larger amount of eggs that I personally can do for breakfast. So here's my solution to eating more eggs, I drink them instead! This is great for gaining mass if you want to get 1 gram or more per pound of body weight, but it's also a great breakfast for someone trying to lose weight because it kick starts your metabolism and gets you the protein you need to build more muscle to burn more fat. You can always monitor that you are getting the right gains or losses by weighing in with a body fat digital scale.

You will need:

  • A QUALITY BLENDER: I recommend ordering this one, which is also in our online store. This is a championship blender, I've had mine for over a decade, I replaced the bottom piece this year, this is a blender for the hardcore gym and fitness enthusiast. Buy it from the amazon link below if you don't have a good one and want serious gains.

  • Hard boiled eggs You are not going to get salmonella and use raw eggs, I recommend brown eggs over white as they are easier to peel, start with one egg in your drink and build up to whatever tastes best. I currently do 4, 2 whites, and 2 whole eggs for a testosterone boost. I have one immediately upon waking and another in an hour or so, giving my day an 8 egg start!
  • Cinnamon: A little cinnamon will add a lot of flavor.
  • A Frozen Banana: Use a whole or half frozen banana, don't ask why, but frozen tastes better.
  • Protein: I recommend one of the two proteins from our online store, but try whatever works for you.

  • Ice & Water: if you don't have a quality blender you are gonna find out quick when you put the ice in the mix!
Blend it for about twenty seconds, drink it at home or take it to go, and get ready for serious gains if you can commit to drinking this almost every morning.
